What do I have to wear?

Just your ordinary clothes are fine. Just make sure your injury is accessible to the therapist. You may need to remove some clothing to enable the therapist to treat you.

How will I feel after my physio treatment?

Initially you may feel very tired. Treating injury can be stressful on the body and you may well not feel the benefits for a day or two. Sometimes however, if the pain has been released you will feel marvellous.
