Reflexology

With over 7000 nerve endings in our feet, reflexology points are believed to connect through the nervous system directly with our organs and glands. Pain is relieved by stimulating pressure points on the feet and can be used to prevent illness and help stress symptoms and illness.

Treatments are generally 1 hour in length and no special preparation is required. Reflexology works to normalise body function and can be slightly uncomfortable as pressure points are stimulated. It is a very safe therapy restoring balance and energy to the body.

Used for a wide range of dis-orders such as PMS and menopausal symptoms, chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety, and skin and respiratory conditions.

Indian Head Massage

This highly relaxing treatment is especially good at relieving stress, tension and fatigue that has accumulated in the muscles, tissues and joints of the head, neck, face and shoulders. It can help to relieve headaches, sinusitis, insomnia and migraine.

Treatment is fully clothed and the therapist applies deep kneading and compression movement over the head and shoulders. The face is gently stimulated by stroking pressure points.
